In an effort to make the pickup and drop off process as simple and convenient as possible, I decided to add a third drop box to the mix.

There was so much activity the weeks after Christmas that I was doubling up order pickups in one box, in an effort to keep the other free. But then the other would get a drop off and customers would arrive to find both boxes were occupied and locked up, wasting a trip out to me. Some people drive some distance and I felt really bad about this.

Ugh. Just a lot of confusion and hassle for everyone. It was time to expand. Hopefully this additional one will help prevent these situations from happening again.
