Family heirloom restored
Felt good getting this old butcher’s knife cleaned up for the customer today.
Goo gone, wire wheel, barkeepers friend and green scrubby did the trick here. The customer told me his father-in-law was a butcher by trade back in the day.
Nice carbon steel blade sharpened up amazingly.
